Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger plans an offer for Chelsea`s central defender David Lewis. According to Sun, the proposal will be for ? 25m and will be made as soon as the January transfer window is open. The 30-year-old Brazilian just recovered from a knee injury and is expected to resume training this week after missing the last six weeks.
